Graze is proudly owned and operated by Mayara and Henrique. Mayara’s journey with Graze began in 2019, when she joined the team as a line cook. After quickly becoming the Sous Chef and General Manager, in 2025, she took a leap as a business owner. Henrique has a background in economics and recording arts & technology, and works in the music industry while managing the business side of the restaurant.
